• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy tailored to the unique challenges of each client, focusing on promoting emotional wellness and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and systematically track their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Identify and implement teletherapy solutions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer the flexibility of virtual sessions.

Your role primarily involves working with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues. You will empower clients from various backgrounds to navigate their challenges, foster resilience, and promote sustainable mental wellness through therapeutic interventions.

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at managing a diverse caseload effectively.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, particularly within a community health context.

• Familiarity with addiction treatment and recovery processes is highly preferred.
