• Manage a designated caseload by establishing trustful relationships while upholding professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, address concerns, and prepare for successful discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, execute, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with client needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including comprehensive progress notes for each client encounter.
• Execute intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development to enhance treatment efficacy and personal growth.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

This role will serve a broad spectrum of clients facing diverse mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Proficient in utilizing various software applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and management tasks.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and family units.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive intake assessments and formulating treatment plans afterward.
• Familiarity with techniques and modalities across different client demographics and presenting issues.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
