Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to effectively understand the mental health needs of clients.
• Design and implement customized evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client objectives.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities suited to client needs.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to client care, participating in case discussions and treatment planning.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines to safeguard confidentiality.

Qualifications

• A valid LPC license in the state of Texas.
