Als Key Account Manager:in DACH (m/w/d) ubernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Vertriebsteam und begleitest unsere Kunden in der DACH-Region bei ihren Digitalisierungs- und IT-Transformationsprojekten. Â- Ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung: Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von Key Accounts im DACH-Raum, mit starkem Fokus auf Deutschland. Dabei identifizierst du Cross- und Up-Selling-Potenziale und begleitest unsere Kunden langfristig in ihren Digitalisierungsvorhaben.
- Business Development & Neukundengewinnung: Gemeinsam mit Marketing und internen Fachbereichen gewinnst du Neukunden, entwickelst bestehende Sales-Pipelines weiter und setzt zielgerichtete Vertriebs- und LinkedIn-Kampagnen um.
- Beratung & Prasentation: Du prasentierst unsere Losungen direkt beim Kunden - von Fachabteilungen bis hin zur C-Level-Ebene - und uberzeugst durch professionelles Auftreten sowie losungsorientierte Beratung.
- Angebots- & Vertragsmanagement: Du erstellst eigenstandig kundenspezifische Angebote und Presales-Unterlagen, fuhrst Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen und koordinierst dich eng mit internationalen Teams und Delivery-Einheiten.
- Markt- & Kundenmanagement: Du pflegst Kunden- und Opportunity-Daten im CRM-System, beobachtest Markt- und Technologietrends und reprasentierst Qualysoft auf Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen.Â
- Mehrjahrige Vertriebserfahrung (idealerweise 5-10 Jahre) im B2B-Sales, vorzugsweise im IT-Umfeld oder im Vertrieb von IT-Services.
- Gute Kenntnisse von IT- und Softwarelosungen sowie ausgepragtes Interesse an technologischen Themen.
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region.
- Fuhrerschein Klasse B.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Selbststandige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsstarke und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Bestehendes Netzwerk im Unternehmens- oder IT-Umfeld von Vorteil.

Das Mindestbruttogehalt auf Vollzeitbasis betragt 56.854 / Jahr. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung bieten wir eine marktkonforme Uberzahlung, die wir individuell vereinbaren.
