Sales strategies for satisfied customers! As a Key Account Manager at Uline, identify sales opportunities and make recommendations to support key customer accounts. Help drive Uline’s growth and success as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage over 100 of Uline’s largest and most complex customer accounts to shape sales strategy across our North American locations.

  • Deliver effective product solutions and pricing recommendations to support customer needs and business objectives.

  • Assist customers with eProcurement and eInvoicing implementations.

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings with leadership to review performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Serve as a liaison between customers, Uline’s regional locations and corporate teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Previous sales experience.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate challenging conversations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year.
