We're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to help our customers implement and optimize our platform efficiently and successfully.
As a Senior Project Manager at Impartner, you will guide customers through the implementation of our PRM platform, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, translating technical details into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. Your organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams will make you the linchpin of successful customer deployments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing regular status updates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams-including Product, Sales, and Support-to coordinate resources and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend best practices to clients.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on outcomes to leadership and clients.
  • Act as a mentor to junior project managers or team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, technology, or SaaS implementations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and technical integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications preferred.
