The Job:
As theProject Manager, End User Engagement, you will lead the planning and delivery of high-impact end user experience initiatives that bring the DEWALTbrand to life in the field. You will translate creative concepts into executable plans, align cross-functional teams and partners, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand voice, values, and promise. Your work will directly influence how end users experience our products-and how they remember, recommend, and advocate for DEWALT. This role will:

  • Lead end user experience programsthat drive engagement with DEWALT products across training Centers, jobsites, and other field activations, connecting the brand story to real-world use to build loyalty.
  • Own project planning and execution, including detailed timelines, budgets, resourcing, and milestone management, delivering on time and within scope while maintaining creative quality and brand standards.
  • Partner cross-functionallywith Creative Services, Brand Activation, Product Management, Business Development, Trade Association Managers, and Category Managers to develop concepts and deliver integrated experiences.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, including scope definition, contract administration, production oversight, and on-site execution to ensure quality and safety-compliant delivery.
  • Define, track, and report performanceby establishing KPIs, monitoring progress, and delivering post-program recaps with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, anticipating constraints, troubleshooting challenges, and communicating status, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand consistency and experience excellenceby validating that all deliverables align to DEWALT brand guidelines and elevate the end user journey.

  • 7+ years of experience in project management/ program management supporting large scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • 2+ years' experience supporting brand activation solution/strategies
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that can manage internal/external partners with varying degrees of knowledge of brand marketing.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 20%.
