This hands-on role transforms HR policies, procedures, case resolutions, process updates, and subject matterexpertiseinto clear, user-friendly content. In addition to creating andmaintainingcontent, the role builds and enables a distributed network of HR content contributors across the enterprise, making knowledge capture and publishing a routine part of how HR works.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Management, Journalism, English, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, technical writing, HR operations, HR Service Delivery, or enterprise service operations.

  • Experience creating, editing, andmaintainingcontent for diverse audiences.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex policy, process, or technical information into clear and actionable guidance.

  • Experience using content analytics, search insights, feedback, or operational metrics to improve content quality and effectiveness

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, enterprise search, or other content and knowledge management platforms.

Theannualsalary rangefor this role is $75,000 - $108,000 USD.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.
