What You'll Do

As our Remote IT Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing IT projects, ensuring smooth execution, and delivering high-quality results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Project Management Oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with clients, developers, engineers, and executives to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Agile & Scrum Leadership Implement Agile methodologies, facilitate stand-up meetings, and continuously improve project workflows.

  • Performance Monitoring Track progress using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and report key metrics.

  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

What We are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven Experience: 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development, cloud computing, or infrastructure projects.

Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.

Project Management Expertise: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinking and proactive decision-making skills.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
