KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Workforce Management-UKG to join our AdvisoryServices practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Led end-to-end workstreams for UKG WorkforceManagement implementations across UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions,including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and workforce optimization
  • Owned delivery planning and execution, includingdevelopment of project plans, RAID logs, governance cadence, and traceabilityto requirements, ensuring audit-ready documentation and successful outcomes
  • Established and scaled project managementstandards for WFM delivery, including tools, reporting, and implementation bestpractices to improve consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Led client-facing stakeholder engagement,including workshops, status reporting, issue escalation, and cross-functionalcoordination across payroll, HR, and technology teams
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent relevant experience in UKG Consulting with prior Workforce Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, or a related field is required
  • Proven expertise, including certifications, in one or more of the following UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules: UKG Pro: Proficient in modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance; UKG Ready: Knowledgeable in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Hiring, and HR; UKG Dimensions: experienced with advanced scheduling, workforce management, analytics, and mobile solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
