Remote IT Business Operations Manager requires:
- Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost controls
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party services
- 2+ years of experience delivering business updates to leadership, including crafting concise executive summaries for senior stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms
- Competency in vetting vendors for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Legal, and Procurement
- Strong understanding of how data and analytics support business operations, particularly within underwriting domains.
- Solid understanding of financial services product offerings, distribution channels, and the competitive landscape, with the ability to translate external trends into internal strategy
Remote IT Business Operations Manager duties:
- Vendor Management Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure performance, value, and accountability.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and vendor risk assessments, driving continuous improvement and accountability
