People Leadership & Employee Experience

  • Set the standard for an engaging, people-centered employee experience across all functions and levels
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of the local HR team; work closely with Global/NAMR HR to administer firm-wide, regional, and office-specific HR policies covering compensation, training, employee relations, career development, and benefits-recommending and implementing improvements aligned with BCG's people strategy
  • Lead the office-based Business Services Team (BST); manage BST career development, compensation, performance management, and promotions with a commitment to consistency, fairness, and equity
  • Partner closely with HR and Functional leadership on talent management, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, and office-wide people initiatives
  • Support local and remote managers with practical guidance on people-related matters and organizational priorities
  • Strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness across the office through coaching, development, and partnership with regional and global teams

Financial Strategy & Operational Management
