HCA is seeking its next Inventory and Data Specialist Consultant located in Missouri, but traveling throughout the state and neighboring states. This is a salaried (w-2), 100% remote position. As a Consultant with HCA, a typical day might include:

  • Touring universities, colleges, and hospitals to collect data and locate equipment
  • Interfacing with clients via meeting or telephone to discuss project scope and findings
  • Analyzing data for project planning, execution and closure
  • Working with senior team members to solve client-specific challenges
  • Learning basic principles of commercial building construction

Requirements

As a new team member with HCA, you will need to:

  • Be 100% committed to delivering the best experience to HCA Clients
  • Think on your feet and thrive on learning new skills
  • Be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Enjoy solving problems and committed to improving internal and external processes
  • Effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Be comfortable working with and interpreting data
  • Travel overnight to client locations across the country 50%-70% of the time
  • Be an expert using Excel (Access is also helpful) and MS Word
  • Have earned an associate's degree, especially in Finance, Accounting, or Business from an accredited college or university, or similar work experience
  • Have a valid driver's license and transportation
  • BONUS: Experience with GASB, FASB and Uniform Guidance compliance
