Baer is looking for SAP Business Analyst OCM Lead for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: SAP Business Analyst OCM Lead
Location: Remote (with travel to client sites as required, Atlanta, GA)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
The Business Analyst OCM Lead will gather and manage business requirements for an SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation while leading organizational change and user adoption. This role connects business stakeholders with the delivery team and owns requirements, process alignment, training, communications, and adoption through go-live and hypercare.
Description:
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops and document current-state and future-state planning processes.
  • Maintain requirements traceability from business needs through design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and execute the organizational change management strategy, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, and readiness activities.
  • Identify how process and system changes will impact different business roles and teams.
  • Develop and deliver role-based training, user guides, exercises, and other learning materials.
  • Establish and manage a super-user/planning champion network to support adoption.
  • Define and track adoption metrics such as system usage, planning cycle completion, and user engagement.
  • Support UAT by developing business scenarios, coordinating testers, and helping distinguish defects from training or process issues.
  • Identify and address user resistance through targeted communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with the Program Manager on executive communications, business readiness, and status reporting.
  • Support transition to steady-state operations through documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and support processes.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of business analysis experience on enterprise transformation programs, including SAP.
  • Experience leading organizational change management activities for at least one full-lifecycle implementation.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering end-user training for business users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, professional business documentation.
