Pregis is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to join our Arlington team. In this role, you will provide leadership within the fulfillment department while ensuring printed materials are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
This position is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in printing, bindery, finishing, packaging, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments who enjoy coaching employees, driving performance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring exceptional quality standards.

What You'll Do
As a Fulfillment Team Lead, you will oversee daily fulfillment operations while supporting production employees, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders are completed on time.
Production Leadership
  • Lead daily fulfillment operations across multiple production lines and machines
  • Ensure production schedules and customer delivery deadlines are achieved
  • Coordinate personnel and resources to support efficient workflow
  • Monitor staffing levels and labor utilization to maximize productivity
  • Ensure production performance meets established KPIs and departmental goals
  • Support supervisors in achieving safety, quality, and production objectives
  • Assist with shift planning, staffing coverage, and workload distribution

Quality & Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure finished products meet customer specifications and company quality standards
  • Monitor production quality throughout all stages of fulfillment and finishing operations
  • Verify testing requirements and quality inspection procedures are followed
  • Conduct quality checks and address non-conformance issues promptly
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to resolve concerns
  • Promote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the department

Equipment & Technical Support
  • Oversee setup and operation of fulfillment equipment
  • Support troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs to minimize downtime
  • Monitor performance of drills, stitchers, vacuum tables, and other finishing equipment
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance activities as required
  • Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
  • Assist team members with technical issues and machine operation questions

Team Leadership & Communication
  • Train, coach, and support employees to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment
  • Promote employee accountability and engagement
  • Effectively communicate production priorities and departmental updates
  • Support smooth shift transitions through accurate communication and documentation
  • Assist with employee development and cross-training initiatives

Continuous Improvement & Safety
  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with production and continuous improvement teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Enforce all company safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Conduct safety observations and reinforce safe work practices

What We're Looking For
  • Previous leadership, team lead, supervisor, or coordinator experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in printing, bindery, finishing, fulfillment, packaging, or related industries preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
