About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and North American transportation activities. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing freight bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, freight coordination, and customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments.
  • Verify quantities and product condition against shipping documents.
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
  • Ensure warehouse activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Freight & Transportation Coordination

  • Arrange and coordinate LTL, FTL, and courier shipments across North America.
  • Obtain freight quotations and recommend transportation solutions that balance cost and transit requirements.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers.
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates on delivery status, delays, or exceptions.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation for domestic and cross-border freight movements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers.

Customer Service & Administration

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory, and shipment tracking.
  • Communicate receiving confirmations and shipment updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in warehouse and transportation management systems.
  • Assist with freight billing validation, invoicing support, and documentation management.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customer service, accounting, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and freight coordination.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform physical warehouse duties as required.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience coordinating cross-border freight shipments.
  • Forklift Certification.
  • TDG Certification.
  • Experience working directly with freight carriers and transportation providers.
