 Marketing and growth specialist(Remote – United States)
Location: Remote (United States)
Employment Type: Full-TimePosition Summary

The Marketing and growth specialist will support the day-to-day management of our online sales channels, product listings, inventory records, customer inquiries, and order processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and enjoys ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms.

  • Monitor product pricing, inventory levels, and product availability.

  • Process customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online marketplaces in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issue resolution.

  • Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, and promotional content.

  • Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.

  • Prepare inventory, sales, and performance reports.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support online promotions and product launches.

  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and optimized for customer experience.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, customer service, or administrative support.

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, Etsy, or Walmart Marketplace is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management systems or order management software.

  • Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.

  • Familiarity with Canva or basic image editing tools.

  • Experience supporting remote teams.
