Dutchie Subject Matter Expert [SME]
Reports to: Director of Compliance
FLSA Status: Exempt
Department: Compliance
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 DOE
Position Summary:
The Dutchie SME will be responsible for the overall Dutchie company platform. The SME will implement new security permissions that will support the company's overall organizational control systems. The Dutchie SME will be the owner of new store opening integration of catalog setup, and help support overall retail operational processes as it relates to Dutchie systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and manage program plans and timelines.
    • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
    • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the program Director.
    • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to the Director.
    • Manage expectations and ensure needs are met.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all projects adhere to company quality standards.
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Lead Metrc integration and Bio-track integration
    • Track program progress and performance metrics.
    • Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience working directly with Dutchie
  • 1 year of experience working directly with Metrc
  • 1 year of experience working directly with Bio-track
  • 1 year of experience working in the cannabis industry
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role
