This led to the successful opening of its second Arizona commercial indoor medical marijuana cultivation facility in 2018, where we proved that we are capable of being leaders in the cannabis industry.

Full Job Description
Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced Dutchie Specialist. Our ideal candidate will have a background and proven working knowledge of the Dutchie platform, as this position is not entry-level.
Our ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated history of success in project and program management. They should be a self-starter with extensive Excel expertise. This individual will be capable of quickly taking ownership of a project and driving it forward. They must be adept at identifying program trends and will not require training in the Dutchie program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and manage program plans and timelines.
    • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
    • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the program Director.
    • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to the Director.
    • Manage expectations and ensure needs are met.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all projects adhere to company quality standards.
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Lead Metrc integration and Bio-track integration
    • Track program progress and performance metrics.
    • Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Preferred)

Experience:
  • 2 Years of experience working directly with Dutchie
  • 2 Years of experience working directly with Metrc
  • 2 Years of experience working directly with Bio-track
  • 2 Years of experience working in the cannabis industry
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:
  • Strong experience in Excel/ Google Sheets
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
