Interventional Radiology in Iowa University based setting 60 miles to University of Iowa 90 miles of bike trails, very diverse area 250 miles to Chicago Highlights: Full-time, hospital-based position 3 critical access hospitals and multiple outpatient clinics Stable, well-established group of radiologists State-of-the-art equipment and highly trained technical staff Supportive administration and full IT support Designated Trauma and Primary Stroke Center Fully integrated system with EPIC EMR, Radiant, and PACS for seamless coordination Responsibilities: Hybrid Interventional Radiology: 75% remote reading, 1 week onsite per month Modalities: X-ray, CT, US, and occasional MRI/NV Vrad (real radiology) back-up support Remote home reading station and robust teleradiology program provide after-hours and weekend coverage Requirements: ABR/AOBR certified or eligible, with fellowship training and/or clinical experience Eligible for unrestricted Iowa medical license Current DEA and state authority to prescribe/administer medications Eligible to work in the U.S. (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available Reference: 123689 J1 & H1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
