POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Responsible for timely and effective scheduling of patients for multiple offices and modalities
  • Demonstrate an understanding of modalities offered at site location and hours of operations
  • Modalities include Mammography, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and Nuclear Medicine
  • Direct patient and referring physician contact and accountable for always representing the practice in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Working in a call center environment
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred
  • Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner
  • Good understanding of ICD coding preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance preferred

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $2400. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
