What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage client relationships with large dairy operations, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide strategic business consulting, including interpreting financial analysis and offering operational guidance.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring actionable insights.
  • Guide clients through high-impact decisions, addressing financial, operational, and family/business partner dynamics.
  • Collaborate across service lines (risk, tax, sustainability, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support business development activities focused on client acquisition and retention.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability in client service delivery.
  • Stay current on dairy market trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain industry expertise.

What You’ll Need for This Position:

Education & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Advanced financial and operational analysis skills, including deep proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (QuickBooks or equivalent), with the ability to interpret and translate financial statements, cash flow, and dairy operational data into clear strategic guidance for ownership and management teams.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting, agribusiness advisory, agricultural lending, or related roles.
  • Deep dairy industry experience required, with demonstrated ability to advise on complex operational and financial decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
