Why we need you:

Were looking to add a Project Manager to our Client Services team. In this role, you'll manage schedules, project deliverables, budget, and resource management of the internal project team. Youll work alongside incredibly talented and dedicated people, and have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of emerging technology and digital product development.
This is a remote role open to applicants in Arkansas, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas.


What youll do:

  • Manage all client project phases, including discovery, strategy, UX/UI design, and development for 1 to 5 engagements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to established methodology and processes.
  • Organize and facilitate weekly client-facing meetings.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans & other project artifacts.
  • Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, including the creation of user stories and the facilitation of functional requirements documentation.
  • Manage all project finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue, and manage project scope changes against budget.
  • Look for opportunities to expand within the account and facilitate opportunities internally.
  • Facilitate the scoping and estimation of existing client projects.
  • Create weekly status reports, client-friendly schedules, milestone plans, and deliverable progress reports.
  • Update Resource Plan for your projects on a weekly basis.
  • Be the point person for client communications related to projects.
  • Build meaningful relationships with your client contacts.


What you need to be successful:

  • 4 to 6 years of client-facing project management experience, leading enterprise-level projects in a digital agency or technology-driven environment
  • Experience managing budgets of $1M+ for large clients
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Experience with tools like Harvest, Basecamp, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of Content Management Systems, HTML/CSS, API integrations, CRM implementations
