This is a remote position.

Paradigm is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support our client’s Client Services department. This role supports Project Managers with project execution, client communication, reporting, documentation, internal coordination, and deadline tracking. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, high attention to detail, Microsoft Office experience, comfort working with data, and the ability to support projects as a team member rather than the primary project lead.

Type: 12+ Month Contract
Pay Rate: $26.00/hr
Location: Remote, USA in pre-approved states.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will:
  • Support Project Managers and Associate Project Managers with project execution, deliverables, deadlines, client status reporting, and internal project communication
  • Act as a backup to the Project Manager when needed and help ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at high quality standards
  • Respond to client communications in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Work with internal teams including Data Services, Software Engineering, Print/Mail Services, Contact Center, Disbursements, and Claims Operations
  • Provide project reporting, review reporting for quality, and help explain results in context for clients
  • Assist with business process documentation, project records, scheduling, calendaring, and deadline tracking
  • Support accurate forecasting of planned revenue based on anticipated stages of work
  • Train, mentor, and support other Client Services team members when needed
  • Support special projects and internal initiatives as a Client Services subject matter expert

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Project Coordinator experience with direct client or customer contact

  • Experience tracking projects, deadlines, schedules, calendars, and project records

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant industry experience preferred
  • Admin, paralegal, or project coordinator experience is a plus
