The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn healthcare technology, revenue cycle workflows, and structured implementation methodology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Support Senior Implementation Project Managers on enterprise and complex mid-market implementations.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and meeting notes.
  • Track project tasks, action items, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Help monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays to senior team members.
  • Assist with go-live activities including monitoring tasks, coordinating support, and triaging issues.

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients during implementation and onboarding.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to document current workflows, system requirements, and integration specifications.
  • Support client onboarding sessions, workflow reviews, and end user training under the direction of senior team members.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Integration Engineers, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to support technical setup and issue resolution.
  • Help translate technical requirements into operational workflows for clients.

  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including workflows, technical requirements, and client configurations.
  • Help create and update client-facing materials such as training documentation, workflow guides, and user guides.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices.
Learning & Development
  • Build foundational knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, practice management workflows, and MedEvolve's product suite.
  • Pursue ongoing training on healthcare regulations, RCM best practices, and project management methodology.
  • Actively seek feedback from Senior Implementation Project Managers and apply learnings to grow toward a senior role.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years of project coordination, project management, customer success, healthcare operations, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and small projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable asking questions and learning quickly.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (occasional).
PREFERRED / BONUS
