• Maintain a personalized caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality guidelines.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, stability, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans, providing ongoing support throughout their mental health journey.
• Develop, implement, and continuously assess individualized, person-centered treatment strategies that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment pathways.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously to ensure compliance with organizational standards and facilitate effective communication with the healthcare team.
• Engage in one-on-one supervision to reflect on practices, enhance skills, and maintain a growth mindset in professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation, allowing for independent practice.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficient with technology including electronic health records, RMS systems, and standard office software such as Excel and Outlook.

• Proven experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
• A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to embrace new therapeutic modalities.

Our competitive compensation structure offers an annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
