• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and treatment goals of clients diagnosed with substance use disorders.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that directly address clients' needs and ensure their progress in detox and recovery.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of clients' treatment plans, adjusting strategies based on their progress and changing circumstances.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all interactions with clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed on best practices within the field of clinical social work.
• Cultivate a therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering trust and collaboration to facilitate transformational change.
• Provide emotional support and practical strategies for clients to overcome personal and social barriers during their recovery.

The LCSW in this role will focus on clients from diverse backgrounds experiencing substance use disorders. With an emphasis on sensitive and trauma-informed care, you will provide therapy that not only addresses addiction but also explores related mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your expertise will ensure that clients feel understood and supported throughout their recovery journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in settings involving mental health and substance abuse treatment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and the application of therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a deep sense of empathy and cultural competence.

• Experience working in a detox or substance abuse treatment center.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery techniques.
• Training in evidence-based practices particularly geared toward trauma-informed care and behavioral therapies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
