• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate and diagnose clients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy sessions through various modalities, focusing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and ongoing assessments.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to clients to facilitate their healing process, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to uphold standards of care and professional development.
• Support clients in establishing meaningful goals and creating actionable steps to achieve them.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will involve tailored interventions to help clients navigate their personal struggles effectively. By focusing on individual needs, you will play an instrumental role in contributing to their positive health outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Must possess an active licensure that allows for unsupervised practice in mental health therapy (e.g., LCSW, LCMFT, LCPC, PsyD, PhD).
• Two or more years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, preferably with adults.
• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Proficiency in documentation and writing skills to accurately record therapy sessions and treatment progress.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

• Experience in using evidence-based practices, with particular expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Proven success in establishing therapeutic relationships that enhance client engagement and retention.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
