Prestige Life Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing remote school-based counseling services. This full-time position involves working with students and families affected by mental health issues, including neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, and parental substance abuse. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your skills to assess client needs, deliver crisis intervention, and make appropriate referrals to additional support services.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address each client's unique challenges and situation.
• Conduct intake interviews with clients, evaluating their psychological and emotional needs, strengths, and areas where they require support.
• Regularly monitor and assess clients' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on their development and feedback.
• Provide comprehensive case management, including crisis intervention and continuous communication with other health and social service agencies.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, sharing insights and collaborating with other professionals to achieve holistic client care.
• Actively advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources that support their recovery and well-being.

In this role, you will predominantly serve school-age children and their families, addressing challenges that significantly affect their emotional and social development. Our clients may be facing traumas, behavioral issues, or obstacles related to their home environment. It is essential to approach each client with empathy and a culturally competent mindset, appreciating the unique backgrounds and experiences that shape their perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in social work and counseling, particularly in a child and adolescent environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on empathy and support.
• A commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development in the mental health field.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and techniques.
• Experience with remote counseling practices, particularly with school-aged clients.
• Knowledge of local and national resources that can assist clients in overcoming social barriers.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary package, we offer:
