Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to provide exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to patients.
• Deliver education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with strategies to navigate mental health challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, policies, and developments in the mental health field to ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. Your expertise in solution-based practices will be critical in helping patients develop coping strategies, enhance their resilience, and ultimately improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is mandatory for this position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting is highly preferred, ensuring familiarity with the unique needs of varied patient populations.
• Proficient use of electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient progress efficiently.
• Experience conducting remote therapy sessions, demonstrating adaptability to virtual communication platforms.
