Work Environment

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, making it ideal for professionals who seek a flexible schedule and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to create your own hours, with full-time commitments exceeding 30 hours per week or part-time opportunities starting at 5 hours per week. Our outpatient office model ensures that you will have a structured yet adaptable environment to deliver care effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat, ensuring clients feel seen and heard.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and develop personalized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on evolving needs.
• Empower clients by helping them cultivate coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, and enhance their communication abilities.
• Document and manage client interactions efficiently, minimizing paperwork to focus more on providing care.
• Utilize our user-friendly counseling platform, which simplifies session management and enhances client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with stable adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges, which may include stress, anxiety, and minor depression. This focus allows you to foster lasting therapeutic relationships and create impactful change in your clients' lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current state license such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure required.
• No previous disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Ability to maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection for seamless virtual sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by high levels of computer literacy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing mental health counseling through virtual platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and create inclusive therapeutic environments.
• Prior roles that involved crafting detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
