Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using our user-friendly online platform, ensuring a confidential and supportive environment.
• Assess client needs during initial consultations and continually develop personalized treatment plans that consider each individual’s unique circumstances.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, utilizing evidence-based approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and resources to deliver comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients about various therapeutic techniques and coping strategies that can support their mental wellness journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population spans a broad spectrum, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups dealing with an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By facilitating remote access to therapy, we strive to reach underserved communities in Wichita and beyond, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive the mental health support they need.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include designations such as LCMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LSCSW, or Licenses Psychologist (PsyD).
• A strong commitment to ethical practices in mental health provision, alongside sensitivity towards the emotional needs of clients.
• Ability to effectively use technology for remote therapy delivery.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills, allowing for independent time management while prioritizing patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience providing individual therapy in a remote setting, demonstrating comfort and proficiency with digital communication tools.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong financial package, we offer:
