Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed evaluations to inform personalized therapy plans for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Document clinical notes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and emotional needs of clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay abreast of new research and methodologies in the mental health field.

Qualifications
