• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations, which include gathering client histories to identify mental health issues effectively.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual needs, ensuring measurable progress towards their therapeutic goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions by utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's circumstances, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Track client progress meticulously and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients, enhancing their engagement and participation in their treatment.
• Maintain precise and confidential records, adhering to legal and ethical standards in documentation and practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills, particularly in the areas of trauma, anxiety, and depression.

At Revive Counseling, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, familial discord, and trauma-related issues. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance clinical workloads efficiently.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in private practice.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling approaches.
• Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities or areas such as addiction therapy or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
