Rocky Mountain Family & Kids Counseling is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for a full-time position. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients in the comfort of their own homes while maintaining the highest standards of care. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Rocky Mountain Family & Kids Counseling, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload, building rapport and positive relationships with clients while upholding professional ethics.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss progress, scheduling, and appropriate discharge planning.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Conduct intake assessments to determine clients' needs and suitability for various therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients to explore their challenges.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and reflective practice.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for learning and improvement in your practice.

Your primary focus will be serving adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license that is unrestricted, independent, and currently active.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including electronic health record systems, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and communication platforms such as Outlook.

We prefer candidates who have:

• At least one year of hands-on experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• A background in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans based on client needs.

Rocky Mountain Family & Kids Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits for employees include:
