• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients and determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide short-term individual therapy and crisis intervention services, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Develop and lead group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions on relevant topics such as anxiety, stress management, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and support staff, to create a comprehensive support network for our clients.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational workshops to promote mental wellness and increase awareness about mental health issues.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

We serve a wide range of clients seeking mental health support—from young adults to mature individuals—and focus particularly on the unique challenges they face. Our counselors are prepared to handle diverse mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related concerns, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in addressing the mental health concerns typically faced by individuals in a remote counseling setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster connections with clients virtually and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and brief therapy models relevant to telehealth practices.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience working with college-aged populations or within educational settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of teletherapy tools and techniques, as well as comfort in utilizing technology to enhance client engagement.

• Competitive annual salary range between USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
