• Deliver comprehensive social work services to a diverse clientele via virtual platforms.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, considering their unique circumstances.
• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.

The clients you will serve at Insync Mental Health Center encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role is integral in offering not only therapeutic support but also resources and advocacy to help them navigate their mental health journeys. Engaging effectively with clients will require sensitivity, cultural competence, and an understanding of various socio-economic factors affecting their mental health.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Pennsylvania.
• Have a minimum of two years of direct experience in social work, particularly in mental health settings.
• Demonstrate strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills crucial for effective client interactions.
• Be comfortable using remote work technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and virtual communication tools.

While two years of experience is a requirement, candidates with experience in community health clinics, experience with marginalized populations, or specialized training in trauma-informed care are preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Insync Mental Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
