InSync Consulting is urgently hiring LPNs for correctional facilities in Maricopa County, AZ. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want job stability, a reliable paycheck, and the chance to make a meaningful impact — no prior correctional experience required.

Position Overview:

• Shifts: 3x12s (36 hrs/week) with rotating weekends
• Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Start Date: ASAP – within 3 weeks
• Contract Length: 13 weeks with likely extensions (after the first initial 13 weeks, can do 1 year contract)
• Locations:
• Mostly Phoenix, AZ

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly: $35.00 (local) - $37.35 (travel)
• Weekly: $1,260.00 - $1,344.60/week (paid every Friday!)
• Annual Equivalent: $65K+

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License (Arizona or Compact state)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
