Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily engage with clients who experience a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and familial conflicts. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, each bringing a unique perspective and set of experiences that require tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred but not essential for this level.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is mandatory to practice in your state.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in the field of social work, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and provide effective recommendations for resources.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations and advocate effectively for clientsโ€™ needs.
  • Experience in utilizing telehealth technologies and digital tools for remote counseling is advantageous.
Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation of client progress.

Compensation and Benefits
