Insync Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their personal histories and current challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client, leveraging evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Advocate for clients to access essential services and resources, collaborate with external agencies, and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative treatment approach.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with emerging practices in social work and mental health care.

In this role, you will primarily engage with clients who experience a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and familial conflicts. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, each bringing a unique perspective and set of experiences that require tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred but not essential for this level.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is mandatory to practice in your state.
• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in the field of social work, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and provide effective recommendations for resources.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations and advocate effectively for clients’ needs.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth technologies and digital tools for remote counseling is advantageous.

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation of client progress.
• Certification in specific therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Trauma-Informed Care.
