Key Responsibilities

This role primarily focuses on young adults dealing with a range of mental health and mood disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives by helping them build resilience, navigate challenges, and pursue their goals in a supportive therapeutic setting.

Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven experience—at least 2 years—in mental health treatment, particularly with clients in residential or outpatient settings.
  • A strong team-oriented approach, demonstrating a passion for collaboration and commitment to fostering positive change.
  • Competency in clinical methods such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with comprehensive documentation practices.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working with a diverse range of clients, familiarity with community health resources, and knowledge of best practices in telehealth will be beneficial in this role.

  • Four weeks of paid time off per calendar year, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • An extensive Employee Assistance Program that provides counseling, legal support, financial planning, and wellness coaching.
  • Opportunities for continuing education support and access to webinars or workshops for professional development.
  • Clinical supervision at no cost, further bolstering your growth as a clinician.
  • A collaborative work environment encouraging mentorship and the sharing of best practices among therapists.
  • A manageable caseload allowing for meaningful engagement with clients.
