About the job Remote Infrastructure Architect Remote Infrastructure Architect needs 12 years of management experience that includes managing system development, integration, operations, maintenance, and support efforts in a global context. Remote Infrastructure Architect requires: COVID-19 vaccine maybe mandated Experience in establishing system controls needed to maintain the security and integrity of operations systems, to protect individuals rights to data privacy, to comply with local laws and regulations, and to assure business continuity. Experience in architecting and implementing knowledge exchange environments which facilitate organizational learning.

IT architecture, planning and deployment coupled with SaaS Application change control Systems enhancement request prioritization / release management Expertise in hardware and software procurement IT budgeting and planning Experience architecting automated data center processes, including provisioning, application and patch management, monitoring and alerting, capacity monitoring and planning, leveraging execution and human approval workflow design and implementation Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recover design, planning and implementation for virtualized and cloud infrastructure Knowledge of physical and virtual global storage and network technologies, capabilities, trends and the automated interaction with the physical infrastructure (Cisco, CheckPoint, Alcatel, EMC, NetApp, etc.). Knowledge of virtualization management and monitoring technologies, capabilities and market trends Provide technological guidance within an organization. Supervise information system and communications network.

Design, establish, and maintain a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access. Consult with administration, department managers, and manufacturing representatives to exchange information, present new approaches, and to discuss equipment/system changes. Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all new computer equipment and software purchased for the corporation.

Create a cost-benefit analysis as well as supporting a detailed definition of data requirements and departmental workflows. Assess and anticipate technology projects and recommend appropriate action and resources. Establish and direct the strategic and tactical goals, policies, and procedures for the information technology department.

Propose hardware/software solutions to accomplish the company's business objectives. Develop and establish operating policies and approaches for computing and information technology. Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements.

Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
