Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team at Smart HVAC.

We specialize in high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency inverter systems. If you take pride in your work, want to grow, and get paid what you're worth — this is the place.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, AC, mini-splits)
  • Perform maintenance and system inspections
  • Communicate clearly with customers and explain findings
  • Recommend solutions and upgrades when needed
  • Ensure all work meets code and company standards
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site
    Requirements
  • 3+ years HVAC experience (preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Experience with heat pumps and mini-splits (Mitsubishi is a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Good communication skills
