Job description

Senior HVAC Preconstruction/Design Engineer, P.E. position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company in San Francisco Bay Area We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth

Responsibilities: Meet with Owners and GC's to build value engineering strategies on upcoming design build projects. Train and mentor HVAC Design Engineers. Work hands-on Revit and AutoCAD daily.

Follow Title 24 and OSHPD requirements on projects. Requirements: 10+ years of HVAC design engineer/commercial design-build project experience. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

PE license required. Knowledge in: State Building Codes, Title 24, and OSHPD. Advanced CAD and Revit knowledge.
