What You'll Do

As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning every aspect of residential heating and air conditioning service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist experienced technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.

  • Learn proper installation, service, and repair procedures.

  • Safely use HVAC tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments.

  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and clean job sites.

  • Complete service documentation using company software.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Comfort Experts professionally.

  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and leadership training.


Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of residential HVAC experience or recent HVAC trade school graduate.

  • EPA Certification required.

  • Current Texas TDLR HVAC Technician Registration required.

  • Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
