  • Educate clients and their families on community resources, support groups, and programs that foster social engagement and enhance quality of life.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client assessments, individualized care plans, progress notes, and any relevant interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated with current best practices in social work, policies affecting the aging population, and relevant regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
