What impact you will have

The HR Director for InferX will play a critical role in shaping and scaling a high-growth, globally distributed organization. This is a hands-on, operationally strong HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments and brings experience supporting remote, international teams.
The role combines day-to-day people operations with strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and integration of acquired teams. The HR Director will partner closely with leadership and Talent Acquisition to ensure the right people are in the right roles, at the right time, to support business growth.

What you'll do:

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Own and deliver end-to-end HR operations across a global, remote workforce
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and scalability of HR practices across regions
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters
Organizational Design & Workforce Planning
  • Partner with leadership to design scalable org structures aligned to business priorities
  • Lead workforce planning efforts, including headcount modeling and capacity planning
  • Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across the organization
  • Continuously assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements
Integration & Change Management
  • Lead HR integration efforts for newly acquired companies and teams
  • Align structures, policies, and culture
  • Support the team through change management, ensuring clear communication and adoption
Employee Communications & Engagement
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication across a remote workforce
  • Support initiatives that reinforce performance and alignment
Employer Brand & Talent Partnership
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to define and strengthen the InferX employer brand
  • Ensure alignment between hiring plans, workforce strategy, and business priorities
  • Support hiring managers in building high-performing, balanced teams
Performance & Talent Management
  • Support performance management processes, ensuring clarity, fairness, and accountability
  • Help identify high-potential talentย 
  • Drive a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement

What you'll need:

  • 8-12 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to scaling software or technology teams
  • Proven experience operating in global, remote-first environments
  • Experience supporting or leading integration of acquired companies
  • Hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to execute while thinking strategically
  • Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and people operations
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving scale-up environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders globally
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with leadership and Talent Acquisition
