Holistic Industries is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and support day-to-day people operations across multiple locations. This role is a key partner to leaders and team members, helping create a compliant, supportive, and engaging workplace.

You'll play a hands-on role in employee relations, performance support, onboarding, and HR programs, serving as a trusted resource for both managers and team members while helping bring our culture to life.

Your Impact

  • Serve as a trusted go-to for team members and managers, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support
  • Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations
  • Ensure consistent and compliant execution of performance management and corrective action processes
  • Help maintain compliance across locations by supporting labor law adherence, policies, and HR best practices
  • Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, including new hire orientations and ongoing support
