Human Resources Administrator
We are The Hollister Group, the Boston area's leading women-owned staffing firm guiding candidates through the job search process and connecting top-tier talent with opportunities that meet the needs of our candidates and our clients. Our Recruiters will help you refine your goals, improve your resume and interview skills, and stay on the lookout for a position that matches your experience and ambition!
Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Compensation: $30.00-36.00/hr *
*listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate human resources activities such as employee relations, rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, performance management, and compensation
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by advising hiring managers on advertising, posting, interviewing, and reference checking
  • Schedule interviews, screen resumes, and prepare interview and offer documentation
  • On-board new permanent employees, temporary employees, and interns
  • Process human resources transactions such as hires, transfers, leaves of absence, and salary changes
  • Track and audit various human resources transactions and/or subject areas including turnover, grievances, vacation, open positions, and performance reviews
  • Monitor wage and salary budget and/or other Human Resources budgets for staff events

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in higher education
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, provide cross-functional leadership, and excellent project management skills required
  • Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and good judgment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of Atlas or similar Human Resources systems required
  • Experience with CRM systems including Salesforce is a plus
