We prefer for this role to be based in Kirkland, WA at our Corporate Office, however, we are open for it to be remote in the following states: Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, or Florida.

The JOB

Thee Regional Director of Finance provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of hotels within an assigned region. This role partners closely with Regional Operations, General Managers, Ownership Groups, and Corporate Leadership to drive profitability, ensure financial integrity, and support long-term asset value growth.


***Please note: This role must be flexible with travel and available for on-site placement at hotel properties as needed, with assignment lengths varying. ***

Requirements

To be successful as a Regional Director of Finance you:

  • 8+ years of progressive hotel finance/accounting experience, including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred. 8+ years of progressive hotel finance/accounting experience, including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership. Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts, ideally in a decentralized accounting model. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards (e.g., USALI).
  • Background with full-service hotels or resorts; mixed-use or condo-hotel experience is a plus.
