Job description

Contract Licensed Behavioral Analyst/BCBA - Remote Abound Health is seeking a Licensed Behaviorist (BCBA, LBA, LPA, PA) to join our Special Consultation Services team. In this role, you will report to the Program Director. As a Behaviorist working out of the Innovations Waiver Program with adults with disabilities, you will develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, promoting independence and overall well‐well being.

You will implement evidence‐based interventions and regularly monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement in their daily lives. Through consistent follow‐ups and collaboration with caregivers and support teams, you will help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Full‐time and part‐time opportunities available!

We will work with your schedule. This is a remote role however licensed in North Carolina. Ideally near Charlotte or Greensboro.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, observe clients, and develop written intervention plans with behavioral strategies and recommendations. Train and support family members, support staff, and caregivers to implement therapeutic interventions effectively. Monitor client progress, analyze data, and revise intervention plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

Ensure compliance with North Carolina Medicaid policies, state regulations, and best practices in behavioral health. Maintain client privacy, report incidents, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all clients. Qualifications: Must have experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Must possess strong analytical, decision‐making, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively support clients and caregivers. Education: Valid licensure, registration, or certification specific to discipline (BCBA, LBA, LPA, PA). Contractors will take action as necessary to maintain active licensure, registration or certification status, such as any continuing education requirements, mandatory training, and clinical consultation.

The target base hourly range for this position is between $91 - $111/hr. Abound Health is an equal opportunity employer.
