Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contributor within the Corporate FP&A team, partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision making

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages used by executive leadership
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support forecasting and business analysis
  • Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and business leaders to manage expenses and improve financial visibility
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Assist in preparation of executive presentations and board-level materials
  • Collaborate with business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
