As a Horse Racing Operations Associate working remotely from Oregon, you'll support the day-to-day execution and growth of the Horse Racing product while helping shape how customers engage with it. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience, optimize operations, and bring promotional strategies to life. From analyzing performance to executing campaigns, you'll play a key role in ensuring the product runs smoothly and delivers strong results. You'll contribute to a fast-moving team focused on enhancing offerings and driving continued growth within horse racing.
What you'll do
  • Support the execution of operational processes that power the Horse Racing product, helping ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to support initiatives that improve performance and optimize offerings.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance customer journeys and contribute to solutions that improve key business metrics.
  • Help define and execute promotional campaigns for the Horse Racing product, partnering closely with the Promotions Team to bring strategies to life.
  • Analyze promotional and product performance, using data to uncover insights and inform future strategies.
  • Support project execution from planning through delivery, helping keep initiatives on track and aligned with team goals.
  • Leverage your interest in horse racing to contribute ideas that improve the product experience and drive engagement.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be based in Oregon and able to work remotely from within the state.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an operations, analytics, or business support role, ideally within a fast-paced or data-driven environment.
  • A baseline knowledge of the horse racing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel to interpret data and generate insights.
  • An interest in project management, with the ability to stay organized and contribute to multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 52,000.00 USD - 65,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
